What is the Atomic Dust Containment System?

Bonakemi pioneered dust containment for hardwood floor sanding in 1995, and the Atomic DCS is their latest innovation, providing the most powerful and effective system ever.

A trailer mounted vacuum, powered by a gas-engine, provides a near complete evacuation of the dust that is generated from the sanding process.

Exposure to wood dust has long been associated with a variety of adverse health effects. Our equipment is virtually dustless limiting the amount of exposure to wood dust. 

Complete Sand and Refinish   

A complete sand and refinish consist of sanding the floor down to raw wood. With a complete sand you can choose to change stain color (lighten or darken floor) and there are different finish options (oil modified or water borne). All our water borne floors are finished with a 3 coat High Traffic Water Borne Finish System. Our High Traffic Water Borne Finish is about 5 times stronger and more durable than a standard Oil poly.

Screen and Coat

A screen and coat is an excellent way to keep your floors looking great. Before the finish is worn to bare wood, adding a coat of finish will get rid of scuffs and small scratches while adding a protective layer to keep the floors looking new.
